As many of you know, the social networking site, Twitter.com, was partially inoperative this morning. In fact, as of this post it is still not working properly. This messed me up far more than I thought it would and way more than it should have, but all was not lost. It turns out one can be very productive when he or she is not tweeting. The following is what I did while Twitter was down:
Signed on to Facebook.
Oh, and wrote this blog post.
There you have it. Don’t let Twitter control your life. Know that you have other options. Breathe deeply, re-focus your energy, and be all you can be. It just takes patience, perseverance, and a valid Facebook account.
What did you do while Twitter was down?

I read this blog, and was hoping it would be longer, since I now have nothing to do.

I went to Starbucks. Twice. I went to the gym. And I wrote down a bunch of tweets I’ll use later to taunt you about the fact that #umiami’s gonna bring some #swagga on #unc on November 14.
Oh, and I “booked” the bar for #collegefootballtweetup.

I actually gave my kitties quality time, cleaned the kitchen floor and did laundry. LOL

Julio, sorry that it wasn’t longer, but as you can imagine I was pretty spent after my achievements and barely had the strength to knock out the post I did.
Jennifer, I would say that you completely wasted your time, but you did book the venue for #collegefootballtweetup — well done — and I am way impressed with your foresight to pre-write your tweets even if the content is crap!
